Qualification:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
- Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (if applicable)
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in physiotherapy practice preferred
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Internship also provided
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Summary
The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, movement disorders, and post-surgical conditions. The role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, improving physical function, and enhancing the overall quality of life of patients while maintaining hospital standards and patient safety.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Patient Assessment
- Assess patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
- Review medical history and doctor's recommendations before planning treatment.
Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care discussions when required.
Patient Care & Safety
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatment sessions.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols at all times.
Compliance
- Follow hospital policies and rehabilitation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
