Job Summary
The Crushing Unit Supervisor cum MIS Executive will be responsible for supervising day-to-day crushing plant operations, managing manpower, monitoring production targets, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlant Operations
- Supervise daily crushing plant activities and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor crusher, screens, conveyors, and associated equipment performance.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor raw material feeding and finished material dispatch.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions in the plant.
Manpower Management
- Supervise operators, helpers, and contract manpower (15–20 employees).
- Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
- Maintain attendance, shift records, and manpower deployment reports.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Production MIS Report.
- Maintain crusher-wise production, downtime, and utilization records.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Management Reports.
- Track fuel consumption, equipment availability, and productivity data.
- Maintain Excel-based dashboards and operational databases.
- Prepare variance analysis reports and highlight operational issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Crushing Plant Operations.
- Excellent MS Excel and MIS Reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, and Data Analysis.
- Good communication and team handling ability.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Crusher Plant, Stone Crusher, Iron Ore Crushing, Limestone Crushing, or Aggregate Plant.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and supervising plant manpower.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
