Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Deliver clear, structured, and interactive mathematics lectures as per the prescribed syllabus.
- Assessments: Design, invigilate, and grade quizzes, assignments, and term examinations.
- Student Support: Identify learning gaps and provide remedial coaching or extra help to struggling students.
- Record Keeping: Track student attendance and performance, and maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress.
- Curriculum Assistance: Assist senior faculty with updating course materials, preparing worksheets, and adopting innovative teaching aids.
Essential Requirements
- Education: A Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is typically required.
- Skills: Strong command of mathematical concepts, excellent verbal communication, patience, and classroom management abilities.
- Experience: Prior experience in junior college teaching, particularly coaching for board exams or competitive tests, is a distinct advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
