We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive / Senior IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including desktop support, LAN/WAN networking, firewall management, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth IT operations, system security, and minimal downtime across all departments.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Handle hardware upgrades, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (switches, routers, structured cabling).
- Coordinate with ISPs for internet-related issues.
- Configure and manage firewall devices.
- Monitor network security and prevent unauthorized access.
- Implement basic cybersecurity measures (antivirus, endpoint security, patch management).
- Maintain data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure recording functionality.
- Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, and network video issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades or repairs.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Track hardware/software licenses and renewals.
- Prepare IT reports and maintain system logs.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of desktop troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with firewall configuration and network security.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and surveillance technologies.
- Familiarity with switches, routers, and structured cabling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
