Marysadan Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to oversee road and canal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for road and canal construction works
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitor labor productivity and site discipline
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Plan and schedule daily work activities
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
- Monitor material usage and report requirements
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience (Mandatory) in road and/or canal construction
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Strong understanding of road work, drainage, and canal structures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Language proficiency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Willingness to work on-site
