About the Role
Ecometrics is looking for a proactive and customer-focused WhatsApp Community Manager to manage our WhatsApp communities, engage with members, and ensure clear, timely communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and be able to create a positive community experience.
Key Responsibilities
1.Manage and moderate Ecometrix Solutions WhatsApp communities and groups.
2.Welcome new members and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
3.Respond to member queries in a timely and professional manner.
4.Share company updates, announcements, offers, and important information.
5.Maintain community guidelines and remove spam or inappropriate content.
6.Coordinate with internal teams to communicate updates accurately.
7.Encourage member engagement through discussions, polls, and regular interactions.
8.Track community growth, feedback, and engagement, and share periodic reports.
Required Skills
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
3.Good organizational and time-management skills.
4.Ability to handle multiple conversations professionally.
5.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
