We are looking of a Civil Foreman for a Construction company located in Mohali(Punjab)
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Civil)
Experience: 3–7 years in civil construction/site supervision
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at site
- Manage workers, subcontractors, and material requirements
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.
- Check quality and coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Maintain daily progress and manpower reports
- Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping
- Coordinate material delivery and prevent wastage
- Skills: Drawing reading, manpower handling, measurement, quality control, and site coordination
- Working hours: Full-time, site-based
