Mutual Fund
1. Primary Objectives:
To facilitate the buying and selling of mutual funds, grow the client's Assets Under Management (AUM), and ensure excellent post-sales support and client retention.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Profiling & Needs Analysis: Evaluate an investor's financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon to recommend suitable products (equity, debt, or hybrid funds).
- Investor Education & Advisory: Educate clients on market volatility, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), rupee-cost averaging, and long-term financial planning.
- Transaction Execution: Assist clients with KYC processes, fund purchases, redemptions, and portfolio switching.
- Portfolio Review: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the client's investments remain aligned with their financial goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SEBI and AMFI guidelines.
3. Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Licensing (India Specific): Mandatory passing of the NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification
- Skills: Strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and analytical thinking.
