Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, shakes, and other drinks according to company recipes.
- Assist in preparing food items and beverage batches while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and kiosk.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and daily ingredient preparation.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer orders with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Support daily kiosk operations and opening/closing duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café, restaurant, or food & beverage production role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food hygiene.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a startup environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work in shifts.
