Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for smooth project execution
- Attend client meetings (online/offline if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Confidence in client handling and objection handling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing / IT services is a plus
- Graduation in any stream (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales / IT sales / SaaS sales
- LinkedIn lead generation knowledge
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Cold calling experience
