Job Title: Retail Trainer
Department: Retail Operations / Training
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Trainer to enhance the capabilities of our retail team through structured training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of retail operations, excellent training delivery skills, and the ability to balance theoretical and practical learning. The role requires a leadership mindset to mentor and develop store staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for retail staff (sales associates, store managers, etc.)
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions
- Ensure a balance between classroom training and on-the-job practical exposure
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Identify training needs through store visits and performance analysis
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and manuals
- Coach employees on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge
- Support store teams in achieving sales and operational targets
- Maintain training records and track effectiveness of programs
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail training or retail operations
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer handling
- Proven experience in delivering structured and balanced training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Willingness to travel across store locations (if required)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
