- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Reception.
- Welcome all residents, prospective residents, guests, visitors, vendors, and
- management with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality as per UniLiv service standards.
- Ensure smooth resident check-in, check-out, onboarding, and move-out processes.
- Create a memorable first impression by delivering exceptional hospitality and
- personalized service.
- Maintain accurate resident records, agreements, and front office documentation.
- Ensure the reception, lobby, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and always
- guest-ready.
- Supervise Front Office Associates and Reception Executives.
- Prepare shift rosters and ensure adequate front desk coverage at all times.
- Ensure telephone calls, emails, and resident queries are answered professionally and within defined service levels.
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
● .2-5 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality Operations.
● Experience in Hotels, Serviced Apartments, Premium Residential Communities will
be preferred.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong customer-centric attitude with exceptional hospitality etiquette.
● Willingness to work rotational shifts.
