Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across industries.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and pitch agency services to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements related to branding, packaging, advertising, design, and marketing needs.
- Ensure timely response and follow-up with clients.
3. Proposal & Pitch Management
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams for client requirements.
- Support in agency presentations and business pitches.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
- Identify new sectors and business opportunities for agency growth.
- Suggest strategic initiatives to expand client base.
5. Revenue & Reporting
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Maintain MIS, sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales preferably in Advertising, Branding, Packaging, Printing, Creative Agency, or Marketing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of branding, packaging development, print production, and advertising solutions preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
