Job description:
The HR Generalist manages day-to-day human resource operations, supporting both teaching and non-teaching staff. This role handles recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR administration to ensure smooth functioning of the institution and a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution
- Support payroll processing, salary coordination, and benefits administration
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and track staff performance
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and faculty development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, institutional policies, and education regulations
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day administrative operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in the education sector (school, college, university, or EdTech)
Timing : 12:30 pm -9:30 pm
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
