Job Summary
As a Software Testing & Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our software, configuring customer environments, assisting with product implementations, and providing support to customers. You will receive hands-on training on our LIMS product and work closely with our development and implementation teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Testing
- Execute manual test cases and validate application functionality.
- Identify, document, and report software defects.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Test laboratory workflows, reports, and business processes.
- Collaborate with developers to improve product quality.
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
Product Implementation
- Configure customer accounts and laboratory workflows.
- Assist in customer onboarding and product setup.
- Import customer master data and configure system settings.
- Participate in software deployment and go-live activities.
- Validate customer configurations after implementation.
Customer Support
- Provide first-level technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain user manuals, implementation documents, and support guides.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech (Any Discipline), B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or Any degree.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
