We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 to 3 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Manage on boarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate training and development programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA in HR / Human Resource Management is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Experience in recruitment or consultancy background
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
