Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track Government, PSU, Defence, and private-sector tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Technical, Finance, Purchase, Legal, and Management teams for bid preparation.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission records, EMD/BG details, and related documentation.
- Monitor tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, technical evaluation, and commercial results.
- Support preparation of quotations, compliance sheets, and tender presentations.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Follow up with concerned departments and customers regarding tender-related matters.
- Prepare regular tender MIS and management reports.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline; technical qualification preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in tender management, bidding, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience with Government/PSU/Defence tenders will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
