Core Responsibilities
- Electrical: Inspect and repair electrical panels, circuit breakers, wiring, and transformers using multimeters and other testing devices.
- Plumbing: Fix leaks, clear pipe blockages, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage lines.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose faults across all three systems and execute prompt corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Routine Inspections: Log system parameters (e.g., temperatures, pressure gauges) into facility checklists and conduct routine safety checks.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance tasks align strictly with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing engineering.
- Technical Proficiencies: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
- Tools: Proficiency in using hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments (e.g., voltmeters, pressure gauges).
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify the root cause of system failures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
