Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: 100% Remote within the U.S. (Only candidates located in EST or CST time zones will be considered)
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: $Market/Annum + Benefits
Eligibility: Open to US Citizens only (No C2C / No Third Parties)
Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed
Interview Selection Process: 2 rounds of technical video interviews
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8-10+ Years in Information Technology
- 3-5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model deployment, APIs, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
- Familiarity with data engineering, analytics platforms, and enterprise system integrations (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail & E-commerce, Education, Travel & Hospitality.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed (10–25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or advanced analytics implementations.
- Hands-on coding experience (Python, Java, or similar).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.).
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree (a plus).
