Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve sales and market expansion targets.
- Develop customer and distributor relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and collections.
- Identify new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Sales management experience, preferably in FMCG/Food.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-oriented with good market knowledge.
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
