Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead seo sem, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse roi, and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Manage the company's social media presence, content calendar, and digital brand communication.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and other teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Track and analyse digital marketing KPIs, leads, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular reports and present campaign performance and insights to management.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources.
- Build and manage the digital marketing team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Work closely with management to develop campaigns that support overall business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, Google Analytics, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
