We are looking for a confident and articulate Marketing Associate to represent Teakasa in front of key stakeholders - architects, interior designers, builders, and institutional decision-makers. You will build and manage relationships with high-value clients, present our portfolio and legacy, and convert conversations into long-term project partnerships. This role calls for someone comfortable engaging directly with senior professionals and capable of representing a well-established, 35-year brand with confidence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and institutional clients (schools, universities, hospitals, corporates)
- Represent Teakasa in client meetings, presenting our portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, and past institutional work
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design/production team to develop projects
- Manage the full client engagement cycle - from initial outreach to relationship maintenance and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, corporate, and institutional segments
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- A confident, polished personality with the ability to present, negotiate, and build trust with senior clients
- Self-driven, with strong ownership of client relationships and outcomes
- Any graduate degree (Marketing/Business preferred)
Pay: ₹15,010.79 - ₹35,000.00 per month
