Job Summary
Advanced Windows Administration\r\n• Manage and support Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments \r\n• Handle complex incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management \r\n• Perform server hardening, patching, and performance tuning \r\nActive Directory & Identity Management\r\n• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPOs), DNS, DHCP \r\n• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls \r\n• Troubleshoot replication, authentication, and domain-related issues \r\nScripting & Automation\r\n• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell (mandatory) and/or VBScript \r\n• Automate repetitive administrative tasks and monitoring processes \r\n• Create reports and dashboards using scripts \r\nInfrastructure & Operations\r\n• Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware/Hyper-V) \r\n• Manage storage, backups, and disaster recovery processes \r\n• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability \r\n

Skill Requirements
Strong experience with Windows Server Administration (5–8+ years) \r\n• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation \r\n• Deep knowledge of: \r\no Active Directory & Group Policy \r\no DNS, DHCP, IIS \r\no Windows Failover Clustering \r\n
Other Requirements
Experience with Azure / Cloud (Azure AD, Azure VM) \r\n• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, SCCM, Intune) \r\n• Basic networking knowledge \r\n
