We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Site Engineer / Supervisor specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Ventilation systems for our ongoing project at the IOCL Paradip Refinery complex.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of coordinating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, resolving site bottlenecks immediately, and driving the faster execution of installation and commissioning activities without compromising on safety or quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Installation: Oversee the day-to-day installation of HVAC equipment, AHUs (Air Handling Units), chillers, VRF systems, ducting, dampers, and industrial ventilation systems according to approved drawings (GFC).
- Commissioning: Lead the testing, balancing, and commissioning of all HVAC and ventilation systems, ensuring they meet IOCL's stringent technical specifications.
- Team Coordination & Acceleration: Efficiently manage site technicians, subcontractors, and laborers. Actively remove roadblocks to accelerate project timelines and ensure milestones are hit ahead of schedule.
- Inter-departmental Alignment: Coordinate closely with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams at the site to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
- Material & Resource Management: Track inventory, ensure materials are available to the team ahead of schedule, and minimize wastage.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce IOCL’s safety protocols, work permit systems (Hot/Cold/Confined space permits), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards.
- Documentation: Maintain precise site logs, daily/weekly progress reports, measurement sheets, and "as-built" drawings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
