Junior Attorney

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our legal team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in handling cases related to Section 138, civil and criminal litigation. This role requires proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cases related to Section 138, civil and criminal litigation effectively.
Draft a variety of legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Prepare and review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling Section 138 cases and civil litigation.
Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents.
Demonstrated expertise in drafting contracts and agreements.
