Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and attend incoming calls professionally.
- Prepare and update MIS reports using Excel.
- Maintain employee, vendor, and office records accurately.
- Handle data entry, documentation, filing, and record management.
- Maintain physical and digital documents in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and spreadsheets as required.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and office correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments.
- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of company databases and records.
Requirements
- B.Com Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Administration, or MIS-related roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
