Job Role & Responsiblities -
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all responses meet company quality and turnaround time standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams or supervisors.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution management.
- Prepare reports related to customer queries and resolution status if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
