Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Implementation Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in software implementation, platform configuration, and enterprise solutions.
As an Implementation Engineer, you will work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Support teams to configure, implement, test, and deploy platform solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement solutions on the platform.
- Perform platform and tool configuration based on business requirements.
- Create and configure workflows, forms, rules, roles, and notifications.
- Conduct functional testing and validate implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain implementation documentation and follow best practices.
Required Qualifications
- BCA or MCA (Mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
- Good understanding of software applications and SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise platforms
- Must be ready to relocate based on business requirements
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases
- Understanding of workflows and business processes
- Familiarity with software testing concepts
- Knowledge of any ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform is an added advantage
