Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Lead with 4–5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to lead quality assurance activities across applications and platforms. The candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, automation exposure, and experience managing end-to-end testing cycles. Experience in BFSI domain is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities for applications/projects

Prepare test strategy, test plans, test cases, and execution reports

Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT support

Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts/frameworks

Coordinate with Business, Development, and Product teams

Track defects and ensure timely closure

Ensure quality standards and release readiness

Mentor junior QA team members

Participate in requirement analysis and effort estimation
Required Skills

Strong experience in Manual Testing

Hands-on experience in Automation Testing tools/frameworks

Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodology

Experience with API Testing and Database Validation

Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools

Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills

Exposure to BFSI/Fintech/NBFC domain preferred

Experience in Loan Management Systems, LOS/LMS, Collections, or Digital Lending applications is an added advantage
