Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Billing Engineers with a strong background in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor/client billing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify client and contractor bills.
- Perform quantity estimation from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs and billing records.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for work measurements.
- Reconcile quantities and certify executed work.
- Track project progress and ensure timely billing submissions.
- Maintain billing documentation and support project cost control.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor/client billing.
- Ability to read civil drawings and prepare measurements accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial building projects.
