Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding. - Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers. - Prepare and publish job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, consultants, and other sourcing channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds. - Schedule interviews and maintain regular
communication with candidates. - Conduct salary discussions and negotiate compensation within approved budgets. - Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities. - Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs. - Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Recruitment Operations: - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Ensure complete documentation and recruitment process compliance. - Coordinate background verification and pre-joining formalities. - Maintain recruitment records and HR documentation.
Employer Branding: - Enhance the company's employer brand through social media and professional networking platforms. - Participate in campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Reporting: - Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports. - Monitor recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
