RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Overseeing the hiring process and assist in meeting the manpower requirements of the organization
- Sourcing resumes through job portals and social media platforms according to the job specifications
- Scheduling interviews and ensuring that interviewees report for the interviews
- Effective communication and follow up for all related documents for further onboarding process Maintaining and updating recruitment MIS report for timely deliverables
- Ensure the criteria for which the candidates are being assessed are relevant to the job they have applied for
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications and other set requirements
- Develop network and contacts to source candidates as per the requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹10,300.20 - ₹28,070.55 per month
