We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities * Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. * Maintain site safety and quality control procedures. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Manage site materials, labor, and equipment efficiently. * Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site operations. * Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site execution. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel. * Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
