About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team in Surat. You will work on real-world AI projects, build and train machine learning & deep learning models that deliver tangible business value, and contribute to end-to-end AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and deploy classical ML and deep learning models
- Perform end-to-end model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization
- Implement and fine-tune transformer-based models and large pretrained models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver production-ready AI solutions
- Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to ongoing projects
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks for building and training models from scratch or fine-tuning
- Practical exposure to Transformers architecture and fine-tuning pretrained models (BERT, GPT)
- Good understanding of ML pipelines, evaluation metrics, overfitting/underfitting handling, and model deployment basics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred / Bonus Skills (Advantage)
- Experience in Computer Vision tasks, especially segmentation models (U-Net, Mask R-CNN, SAM, etc.)
- Exposure to Audio/Speech AI - Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), speaker identification/verification, emotion detection from voice
- Familiarity with Langchain or similar frameworks for building LLM-powered applications
