Shift: Night Shift | 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
About the Role
True Story Organics is one of the brands of Gulab Oil & Food Pvt. Ltd. We are expanding our production operations and looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage our night-shift production and packing activities.
The person will be responsible for supervising the packing team, monitoring production, maintaining stock and production records, counting materials and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise night-shift production, packing and labelling activities across multiple SKUs.
- Manage the packing team involved in filling, sealing, packing and labelling.
- Monitor production quantity, quality, wastage and targets.
- Count and track raw materials, packaging materials and finished stock.
- Maintain daily production, stock and consumption reports.
- Check material usage and identify any shortage, excess or mismatch.
- Allocate work to the team and monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Ensure proper shift handover and report any production issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area.
Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in production, packing, FMCG or food processing.
- Comfortable working 8 PM to 6 AM night shift.
- Good at counting, stock checking and basic reporting.
- Basic MS Excel/computer knowledge preferred.
- Able to read/write English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Good team-handling skills with attention to detail.
