Role: HR Manager – Campus Outreach & Internship/Training Programs
Location: Bhopal / Field + Office
Key Responsibilities
* Manage core HR work (recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance).
* Visit colleges & institutions and build tie-ups.
* Promote internship & training programs and coordinate student batches.
* Work on monthly targets for visits, tie-ups, and enrolled interns.
Required Skills:
* Graduate / MBA (HR, Marketing, or related).
* 1–2 years HR / recruitment / campus-related experience (freshers with confidence may apply).
* Good Hindi + English, communication, and field confidence.
