About the Role
We're hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, promote our products/services, and convert leads — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to prospects and explain products/offers
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues
Follow up on leads and update CRM/records
Achieve daily/monthly call & conversion targets
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (laptop/smartphone + stable internet required)
Prior telecalling/telesales experience preferred
