We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented MBA freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Assist in preparing business proposals and pricing strategies
- Maintain client databases and update CRM systems
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development / International Business preferred) – Completed or Pursuing Final Year
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and market research
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Target-driven mindset with willingness to learn
