We are looking for dynamic retail professionals to join us as Assistant Floor Managers. The role involves supporting Shop and Store operations, driving team performance, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day Floor operations and SOP adherence
- Deliver high standards of customer service and drive customer loyalty
- Maintaining floor staff dignity requires fostering a workplace culture
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain store standards
- Lead and supervise store teams to achieve operational targets
- Sales and Retailing.
- Created and maintained team relationships.
- Comparison report of last month and last year trending analysis report monitored
- Training and Development of Sales Team.
- Motivation the sales team to ensure optimum performance.
- Complaint handling.
Eligibility
Minimum Degree
3–6 years of experience in retail operations
Good communication skills in English and the local language
