Cardiac Staff Nurse
Department: Cardiology / Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)
Reports To: Nursing Incharge /DNS
Job Summary:
A Cardiac Staff Nurse is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients with heart-related conditions. This includes monitoring cardiac status, assisting in procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care in critical and non-critical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor patients with cardiac conditions (ECG, vital signs, oxygen levels)
· Assist doctors during cardiac procedures (angiography, angioplasty, etc.)
· Administer medications as per doctor’s orders
· Identify and respond quickly to cardiac emergencies
· Operate and manage cardiac equipment (defibrillator, cardiac monitor, ventilator)
· Maintain accurate patient records and reports
· Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for cardiac patients
· Educate patients and families about treatment, diet, and lifestyle changes
· Maintain infection control and safety protocols
· Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of cardiac care and emergency response
· Ability to read and interpret ECG
· Good communication and patient-handling skills
· Critical thinking and quick decision-making
· Teamwork and coordination
Qualification & Experience:
· GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered Nurse)
· Minimum 1–2 years experience in Cardiac Care / ICU / CCU
· Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Working Conditions:
· Rotational shifts (Morning , Evening & Night)
· · Exposure to critical care patients

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
