Responsibilities Execute strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand customer base. Onboard dentists on the assigned territory/area/city. Build, Maintain and enhance relationships with dentists through regular communication and exceptional service Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct negotiations with dentists to secure profitable deals and contracts. Learn and handle objections raised by dentists on a specific product or service. Qualifications Highly motivated and energetic individual. Graduation in any stream. Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation & business development skills. Minimum 2 years of experience relevant industry. Experience in aligners, dental products, medical devices, pharma, healthcare prefferd.
