About Business Unit:
The Creative team at Epsilon is dedicated to delivering data-driven digital media personalization with a powerful and innovative approach. We excel at understanding customers online and crafting impactful messages that resonate with their real-time behaviors and preferences. Our goal is to help brands forge relevant connections with their audiences and ensure those conversations continue.
Comprising a diverse group of dedicated professionals—Art Directors, Copywriters, and Video Editors—we collaborate seamlessly with teams like Creative Strategy, Digital Production, Creative Technology, and Creative Operations to produce striking and personalized content that stands out in today’s competitive landscape. By integrating AI (which we've been doing for years, by the way) and data-driven insights into our creative processes, our team not only improves customer experiences but also drives measurable business outcomes for some of the world’s largest brands.
Being part of this team means having the strength of not just Publicis Groupe behind you, but also the valuable connections within this inclusive and dynamic group that contribute to your growth and experiences every day.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Senior Art Director at Epsilon, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating digital-first brand experiences that drive real business impact. You'll lead concept development and creative direction across multiple marketing channels—including web, mobile, audio, and video—while navigating advanced creative strategy for your clients, including strategic and priority accounts. In this collaborative environment, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Copywriters, Production Artists, Developers, Account Managers, Creative Technologists, Digital Production Artists and Sales Directors, contributing to work that balances creativity with strategic performance.
Your ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and think strategically will position you as someone on the path to creative leadership. From concepting dynamic motion-enhanced visuals to leading new business pitch presentations, your efforts will directly impact campaign performance and team success. With a proactive leadership approach, a strong understanding of creative tools and digital production processes, and awareness of evolving industry design standards and trends, you'll help raise the creative bar while identifying ways to improve efficiency and execution—aligning your work with Epsilon's mission to deliver measurable, meaningful marketing experiences.
