Back Office Assistant
Purpose:
To support sales, dispatch, accounts, and customer service operations by ensuring accurate data management and smooth office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders and prepare invoices.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams.
- Maintain customer and dealer records.
- Support the sales team with reports and data.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain office documents and records.
Required Skills:
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Basic accounting and ERP software knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
