At JustSMS, the digital marketing executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, paid ads, and website content. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversions through data-driven marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to manage campaigns, track performance, and make improvements based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage company presence across digital platforms, including websites and social media pages.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for digital channels.
- Run and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic website optimization.
- Track conversions, leads, traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI using analytics tools.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience research.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or online brand promotion.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
- Good copywriting, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic design or content creation knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.40 per month
