Job Description (West Avenue Realty) – Developer Firm
Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–2 years (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support payroll processing and handle attendance management.
- Draft and implement HR policies in line with company goals and compliance standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or allied industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an added advantage.
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee information.
