Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their style, preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice.
- Explain product features, fabrics, fits, colors, and current trends.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and feedback professionally.
- Keep merchandise displays attractive and organized.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fashion store.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales staff.
- Set and monitor sales targets and team performance.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store security.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are followed.
Pay: ₹12,655.78 - ₹50,000.00 per month
