We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, planning, and project management within the real estate industry.
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for architectural design efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Must Have:
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Experience leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
