The Tele Caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote vehicle sales, service bookings, follow-ups, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on lead conversion, service retention, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Call new and existing customers for vehicle sales inquiries
- Explain offers, schemes, and EMI options
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides
- Follow up on pending leads
- Maintain call and lead records
Service Support
- Remind customers about service due dates
- Book service appointments
- Follow up on completed service feedback
- Promote AMC, accessories, and service offers
- Handle basic service-related queries
Customer Relationship
- Maintain polite and professional communication
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
