- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce our digital marketing and SEO services professionally.
- Identify client needs and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong command of English
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
