- Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, biometric systems, CCTV, networking equipment, and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance.
- Plan IT infrastructure upgrades and technology refresh.
- Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage Cybersecurity & Information Security
- Coordinate with vendors for implementation, customization, and upgrades
- Identify business processes suitable for AI-based automation.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other approved AI platforms.
- Develop AI usage guidelines, governance, and acceptable use policies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, ERP, and network issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty, and support services.
- Manage procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Ensure regular backup and secure storage of business data.
- Maintain SOPs, IT policies, network diagrams, user manuals, and disaster recovery documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
